This often leads to dissatisfaction and unnecessary delays in their overall dining experience. Otego app addresses this issue by transforming the way people order food, making it more efficient and convenient. It eliminates the need for customers to wait in line by streamlining the food ordering process, allowing them to place orders in advance with ease, ultimately improving their dining experience.

Biz4Solutions helped the client to build an online food ordering application. This app provides users with the ability to seamlessly place orders online and conveniently track the progress of their order deliveries. Furthermore, Otego offers a comprehensive suite of features designed to streamline the order management process, enhancing efficiency for both customers and restaurants. In addition to its core functionality, Otego incorporates social features, including feeds, posts, likes, comments, shares, and seamless integration with various social media platforms.
Overview
Using Otego app, customers can browse their favorite restaurant, view a full menu of the selected restaurant and pay for the favorite order online and track Order delivery. They can pick up the order once it is ready. Restaurant owners can manage the orders. Otego also has social features such as feed, post, like, comment, share, social media integration, etc.

How did we resolve these development challenges?
- Our Tech nerds opted for Google Maps SDK to address this challenge effectively, ensuring seamless and accurate map integration within our food delivery application. This involved customizing the map markers and integrating them with the app’s core functionality, providing users with a more tailored and technically enhanced map integration.
- To address the Chat Issue, our team developed our own messaging logic from the ground up, leveraging Firebase Realtime Database (RTD). This involved crafting message handling algorithms, seamlessly integrating RTD for real-time data synchronization, managing event handling for real-time updates, optimizing data storage through structured data modeling, implementing user authentication and data security measures, and designing a user-friendly chat interface. This comprehensive approach provides our app with a real-time chat experience comparable to WhatsApp.
