Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to ensure satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and service requests promptly.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history in CRM.
• Follow up consistently to improve customer retention and overall experience.
• Meet customer satisfaction and account growth objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, telecalling, or customer success.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral/American accent.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple customer accounts.
• Willingness to work US Eastern Time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST).
