We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented CRM Executive to maintain and manage accurate customer information within our CRM system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing records, correcting data inconsistencies, managing international customer interactions, and supporting sales and marketing teams with clean and updated customer data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review CRM records regularly to identify missing, outdated, or incorrect information.
  • Update customer details including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing information.
  • Ensure data consistency by correcting formatting issues such as capitalization, abbreviations, and phone number formats.
  • Make international calls for customer engagement and follow-up activities when required.
  • Communicate effectively with clients from different regions and adapt to various international accents.
  • Identify and merge duplicate records to maintain a clean database.
  • Verify customer and company information through reliable external sources such as company websites and directories.
  • Follow established data entry procedures and quality standards.
  • Report recurring data issues and inconsistencies to supervisors.
  • Support sales and marketing teams with accurate and well-maintained customer data.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or graduation is a plus.
  • Prior experience in data entry, CRM management, or clerical work is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and handle repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn.
